- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Expecting a friendly small town feel but what I got was exactly the opposite. Unfriendly and completely lacking any willingness to help set up an account. The staff today was rude and highly untrained. Your debit card, almost all of their accounts, and copies of your checks on your statements require fees. Definitely not costumer driven or community focused service. Also need 37 forms of ID to sign up for an account.... You better not have just moved either because if your address is different on your ID, God help you. Never met a bank so unwilling to take my money.By Ryan Handeland, August 04, 2017
